Welcome to Canine Comfort’s new website! We’re three friends in Aniak, Alaska who have banded together to make a difference in our community for our canine friends. As individuals, we each felt that something needed to be done to help all the abandoned, abused, lost, or hurt dogs and puppies that we came across. But, alone, we felt that our interventions were just Band-Aids on a bigger problem. We decided to form a group - and what strength we have garnered by our mere support of each other! There truly is strength in numbers and now we feel we can work through any hurdle, together. We all have different strengths, ideas, tolerances, abilities, and we complement each other very well. Please see our story that was published at the Anchorage Daily News on February 26, 2009.
